Mostafa Elsaid

Mostafa Elsaid is a Security Engineer/Researcher at Intel Internet of Things Group (IOTG). His main interests are offensive system security and product's security architecture. Currently, he is a core contributor to the penetration testing and fuzzing activities for the ACRN opensource hypervisor. His work includes security validation, threat modeling/secure architectures, and developing proofs-of-concepts for enhancing security tools and infrastructure. Previously, Mostafa started as a researcher at Intel Labs (2017) where he contributed to the design and implementation of Trusted Execution Technologies for low-power x86 System-On-Chip (SoC). In addition, Mostafa heavily collaborates with different teams at Intel in areas like CPU/GPU side-channel attacks, AI/ML security, DevSecOps, and side-channel resilient crypto libraries. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, visual art, and hacking.
